商春松高低杠向后大回环团身后空翻两周转体360°下动作的运动学分析

A Kinematics Analysis of Shang Chunsong 's Landing from Uneven Bars after the Backward Giant Swing Tuck of 2-Circle Back Flip and a 360° Turn

高低杠向后大回环团身后空翻两周转体360°下在国际体操规则中属D组难度的下法动作。本文主要通过三维录像解析法对商春松向后大回环团身后空翻两周转体360°下动作进行运动学分析,揭示该动作的运动学特征及技术特点,为运动员和教练员提供理论依据和技术参数。结果表明,商春松较好的完成了向后大回环团身后空翻两周转体360°下动作,但落地时刻身体重心稍微靠后,所以商春松向后退了一小步。

The movements named landing from Uneven Bars after the Backward Giant Swing Tuck of 2-Circle Back Flip and a 360° Turn belongs to group D dismount action in the rule of international gyrrmastics.Using 3D camera analytic method, this thesis reveals the kinematics rules and technical features of the landing from uneven bars after the backward giant swing tuck of 2-circle back flip and a 360°turn by Shang Chunsong, an outstanding gymnast in China, which provides gymnasts and coaches with certain theoretical basis and technical support for the further development and improvement in the related aspect. The results indicated that Shang Chunsong completed the movements, but the moment when Shang Chunsong landing on the ground, the body center of gravity toward the back side so Shang Chunsong landed a small step jump back.
