摘要
从法律法规、理事会产生方式及构成、理事会职能以及理事会议事决策四个方面将中美公共图书馆理事会制度对比分析,找出我国理事会制度的不足之处,为公共图书馆理事会制度的发展提供参考和借鉴。
The study pays attention to the comparative analysis between China and America from the four aspects such as laws and regulations, producing way and composition of the council, function of the council and discussion and decision of the council, so as to find out the shortages of our country＇ s council system, and provide the refer- ence for the development of the council system of public libraries.
