金钗石斛抗血栓作用研究

Study on Anti-thrombotic Effect of Dendrobium Nobile

目的通过对金钗石斛的提取物和粗提物分别进行抗血小板聚集活性筛选和全血凝血实验,探讨金钗石斛的抗血栓作用。方法采用ADP诱导大鼠体外血小板聚集实验和检测小鼠全血凝血时间来评判金钗石斛的抗血栓作用。结果对诱导剂诱导的血小板聚集有一定抑制趋势,但与空白对照组相比无统计学意义。在测定全血凝血时间时,6.0 g/kg剂量组明显延长凝血时间,具有显著的抗凝作用(P<0.05)。结论金钗石斛在血栓性疾病中具有一定的积极作用,但活性成分的筛选有待进一步研究。

Objective： To study the anti- thrombotic effect of Dendrobium nobile by screening anti -platelet aggregation activity and total blood clotting experiment through the extract and crude extract of Dendrobium nobile. Methods ： The anti - thrombotic effect of Den- drobium nobile was evaluated by ADP - induced platelet aggregation in vitro and the time of whole blood clotting in mice. Results ： There was certain control tendency for platelet aggregation induced by inducer, but it was not statistically significant when compared with the blank control group. In the determination of whole blood clotting time, 6.0g/kg dose group significantly prolonged clotting time, with sig- nificant anticoagulant effect（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ： Dendrobium nobile has a positive effect on thrombotic diseases, but the screening of active ingredients needs further study.
