补肾活血汤对自发性高血压大鼠多因素的影响

Effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction on Multi-factors in Spontaneously Hypertensive Rats

目的评价补肾活血汤对老龄自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)炎症因子、白细胞介素—6及血清胱抑素C的影响。方法实验动物选取18月龄SHR大鼠48只,按随机数字表法将SHR随机分成4组,每组12只,分别为补肾活血汤组、卡托普利组、补肾活血汤+卡托普利组、模型对照组,分别给予相应药物及蒸馏水灌胃,每天1次,另选12只18月龄Wistar大鼠作为空白对照组,观察治疗前后血压、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、血清胱抑素C(Cys C)水平。结果 5组实验资料的比较,实验高血压大鼠SHR加用补肾活血汤组的血压有明显改善,CRP、IL-6、Cys C水平明显低于其他组别,有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论补肾活血汤能有效降低SHR大鼠的收缩压,降低血清CRP、IL-6、Cys C水平。

Objective： To evaluate the effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction on inflammatory factors, interleukin -6 and serum cystatin C in aged spontaneously hypertensive rats （SHR）. Methods： 48 18 -month -old SHR rats were divided into 4 groups by random number table, 12 rats per group, i.e. Bushen Huoxue Decoction, Captopril, Bushen Huoxue Decoction plus Captopril and model control groups. The rats were respectively given intragastric administration with corresponding drugs and distilled water, once a day. Other 18 -month - old Wistar rats were used as a blank control group to observe the effects of blood pressure, serum C -reactive protein （CRP） , serum C - reactive protein （CRP）, Interleukin- 6 （IL- 6）, serum cystatin C （CysC） levels before and after treatment. Results： Compared with the experimental data, the blood pressure of the experimental rats was significantly improved, and the levels of CRP, IL - 6 and CysC were sig- nificantly lower than those of the other groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The difference had statistical significance. Conclusion ： Bushen Huoxue Decoc- tion can effectively reduce the systolic blood pressure of SHR rats and decrease the levels of serum CRP, IL -6 and CysC of SHR rats.
