摘要 利用乏汽回收技术,对磷酸、磷铵装置锅炉余热发电高压热力除氧器产生的乏汽进行余热回收,可降低热电煤耗,提高脱盐水利用率,同时减少二氧化碳排放。以瓮福紫金化工股份有限公司乏汽回收方案为例,分析了其经济效益,认为该技术对节能、减排、增效效果显著,值得推广应用。 By using the exhaust steam recovery technology,heat can be recovered from the exhaust steam generated in the high-pressure thermal deaerator from the heat recovery steam generators in the phosphoric acid plant and ammonium phosphate plant,which can reduce coal consumption. An analysis of the economic benefit is provided,and it is concluded that the technology offers significant results for energy efficiency,emission reduction and profitability,which is worthy of promotion
