循环水站硫酸储罐泄漏的风险分析及控制措施 被引量:1

摘要 在煤化工循环水站设置硫酸储罐是为了在装置运行过程中添加硫酸调整循环水p H值,使其酸碱度达到指标范围之内,以防止循环水在换热设备和管道内结垢或堵塞而影响换热效率,并产生垢下腐蚀。结合某公司煤化工循环水站硫酸添加装置硫酸储罐泄漏的实际情况,分析了其原因及潜在的安全和环保风险,根据当时的应急处理运行实况,提出相应的现场处置措施和风险控制措施。 The sulfuric acid tank installed at the circulating water station for coal chemical production is to adjust the p H value of the circulating water during the plant operation by adding sulfuric acid,to maintain the acidity and alkalinity within the specified range,so as to prevent scaling or plugging in the heat exchangers and pipes by circulating water,which may affect the heat exchange efficiency and lead to under-deposit corrosion. Based on the actual situation of leakage in the sulfuric acid storage tank for the sulfuric acid adding section of the circulating water station for coal chemical production of a company,the root cause and potential safety and environmental risks are analyzed. Based on the emergency handling procedures,relevant field handling measures and risk control measures are proposed.
