摘要 750 kt/a湿法磷酸二级浓缩工艺较单级浓缩工艺可减少因渣酸带走沉清磷酸59 140.87 t/a,沉清酸产率提高7.89%。梯级浓缩工艺可大大减缓石墨换热器的堵塞,延长换热器的清理周期及使用寿命。同时,梯级浓缩工艺保证浓磷酸成品优质且装置节能效果显著。 Compared to the single-stage concentration process,the two-stage concentration process for 750 kt/a wet-process phosphoric acid can reduce the precipitated phosphoric acid carry-away due to residual acid by 59 140.87 t/a,and thus increase precipitated phosphoric acid yield by 7.89%. The stage-wise concentration process can significantly alleviate the plugging in the graphite heat exchanger,prolong the cleaning cycle of the heat exchanger and its service life. In addition,the stage-wise concentration process can ensure excellent quality of the concentrated phosphoric acid and excellent energy efficiency of the plant.
