浅析混凝土集中拌和站设置方案对铁路工程造价的影响 被引量:1

摘要 在设计阶段合理确定拌和站的设置方案对提高整个铁路工程造价的准确性有着重要的作用。通过分析得出混凝土拌和站生产能力、混凝土供应半径、原材料供应距离是影响拌和站设置方案的主要因素;并对2SZH120型号和2SZH60型号拌和站的建站费用、混凝土运输费用、原材料运输费用以及拌制费用进行了比较;最后通过实际案例对两种拌和站的设置方案进行经济比选,为铁路工程混凝土集中拌和站设置方案提出了具体的参考意见。 Setting a reasonable scheme of the mixing station in the design stage takes an important role in improving the accuracy cost of the whole railway project. The results show that the production capacity of concrete mixing station, the supply radius of concrete and the supply distance of raw materials are the main factors influencing the mixing station setting scheme. Comparing the construction cost, concrete transportation cost, raw material transportation cost and the mixing cost of 2SZH120 model and 2SZH60 model mixing station,we can set a more reasonable scheme of the mixing station.The comparisonpresents specific references of setting scheme of concrete centralized mixing station in railway project.
