社会资本影响农户收入的门槛效应研究——基于甘肃省贫困地区农户的调查

A Study on the Threshold Effect of Social Capital of Households in Poor Areas——Based on the Data of 14 Poor Villages in Gansu Province

本文基于甘肃省六盘山片区14个贫困县的14个建档立卡贫困村的农户调查数据,分析了贫困地区农户家庭社会资本的拥有状况及使用状况,并在此基础上测算了家庭社会资本指标综合值,进而分析社会资本对农户收入的门槛效应。此外进一步探究了家庭社会资本与人力资本的交互项对农户收入的影响。研究发现,家庭社会资本对农户收入的确具有明显的门槛效应;只有高于门槛值的家庭社会资本对农户收入起正向影响作用。同时,家庭社会资本与人力资本变量的交互项表明二者并不是单独对农户收入起作用的,而是呈现一种相互替代或互补的态势,能够共同对农户收入起作用,更从侧面说明了社会资本对农户收入作用机制的重要性。

Based on the survey data of Liu Pan Shan area of 14 counties in Gansu province,this essay analysis of the ownership and usage of household's social capital in poor areas, and measuring the social capital index comprehensive value, in order to analyze the threshold effect of social capital for households' income. In addition, this paper further explores the influence of family social capital and human capital on household income. It is found that family social capital has obvious threshold effect on household income. Only family social capital, above the threshold value, has a positive effect on household income. At the same time, the interaction between family social capital and human capital variables show that the both of them do not act alone on the farmer's income, but show a substitute or complementary situation that can work together on household income, but also from the another side shows the importance of the mechanism of social capital to farmers' income.
