摘要
在化工生产中,离心压缩机自身运行环境相对复杂,各类因素的影响可能导致故障发生,如果不及时处理,则对化工生产造成严重的影响,做好其运行稳定性的保障工作则成为了一项重点内容,因此,针对化工厂离心压缩机失稳故障原因,从压缩机转速、润滑油温度、喘振情况探讨离心压缩机稳定性预测控制,并深入研究离心压缩机稳定性的优化方向,以保障化工厂离心压缩机的正常运行。
In the chemical industry, centrifugal compressor operation environment is relatively complex, various factors may lead to failure, if not timely treatment will cause serious influence on the stability of chemical production, do security work has become an important content, therefore, in view of the chemical centrifugal compressor instability failure causes, from compressor speed, oil temperature, surge of centrifugal compressor stability control, optimization direction and in-depth study of centrifugal compressor stability, in order to guarantee the normal operation of chemical centrifugal compressor.
