Analysis of Common Mechanical Faults of Mine Multi-rope Friction Hoist

基于多绳摩擦式提升机工作原理,详细分析多绳摩擦式提升机减速器、液压盘式制动器出现的故障。分析认为:要提高提升机系统的可靠性,需从三点入手。一是要加强检修,避免提升机超长时间作业;二是要选择合格润滑油,以保证齿轮正常咬合;三是要增强对制动器和液压传动装置的监测,以减少对预防制动器和液压传动装置的油污染。

Based on the working principle of multi rope friction hoist, the breakdown of multi disc friction hoist reducer and hydraulic disc brake is analyzed in detail.The analysis shows that to improve the reliability of hoist system needs to start from the following three aspects. One is to strengthen the maintenance, avoid lifting machine for long time operation; the two is to the selection of qualified lubricating oil, gear to ensure the normal occlusion; to strengthen the monitoring of the brake and hydraulic transmission device, in order to reduce and prevent the brake and hydraulic oil pollution.
