摘要
针对现有空压机存在计量控制的问题,按照空压机的流量测试的内容,分析了空压机排气量的计量方法和原理,对流量测试平台进行改进,制定合适的排气量的测量方案,对测试系统的软件和硬件主要部分进行选型,实现了空压机计量测试系统的基本功能。
Aiming at the existing problems of the measurement and control of air compressor, air compressor flow according to the content of the test, analyzed the measurement method and principle of air compressors, the flow test platform is improved, making appropriate displacement measurement scheme, software and hardware, the main part of the test system of selection, implementation the basic function of measurement and test system of air compressor.
