通心络胶囊联合丹参酮治疗急性心肌梗死后心绞痛的临床研究

Clinical study on Tongxinluo capsules combined with Tanshinone in treatment of angina pectoris after acute myocardial infarction

目的探讨通心络胶囊联合丹参酮治疗急性心肌梗死后心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选择我院收治的80例急性心肌梗死后心绞痛患者作为研究对象,根据不同的治疗方法分为观察组与对照组各40例。对照组采用阿托伐他汀钙胶囊,观察组加用通心络胶囊联合丹参酮治疗,比较2组气虚血瘀症状、心绞痛评分以及炎症因子水平。结果观察组气虚血瘀症状与心绞痛改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组炎症因子水平均比治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通心络胶囊联合丹参酮治疗心肌梗死后心绞痛的效果显著,有利于缓解患者症状,减轻心绞痛,降低炎症因子水平,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Tongxinluo capsules combined with tanshinone in treatment of angina pectoris after acute myocardial infarction.Methods 80 patients with angina pectoris after acute myocardial infarction in Dexing people＇s hospital were selected,and they were divided into observation group and control group by treatment methods,40 cases in each group. Control group was given atorvastatin calcium capsules,while observation group added Tongxinluo capsules combined with tanshinone. The symptom of qi deficiency and blood stasis,score of angina pectoris nad level of inflammatory factor were compared between the two groups.Results The symptom of qi deficiency and blood stasis,improvement of angina pectoris in observation group were better than those in control group（P〈0.05）;After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in two groups decreased compared with before treatment,and observation group was lower than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Tongxinluo capsules combined with tanshinone in treatment of angina pectoris after acute myocardial infarction is effective,it can relieve patients＇ symptoms,reduce angina pectoris and decrease the levels of inflammatory factors,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
