借鉴专业型研究生住院医师规范化培训探索新型职业院校的临床实习方案

Drawing lessons from graduate students to explore new vocational college internship program

实习是整个医学教育的重要组成部分,是理论联系实践、实现医学教育培养目标的关键阶段。笔者从专业型研究生住院医师规范化培训探索新型职业院校的临床实习方案,并做出了四个方面的优化。目的就是要不断完善实习方案,培养一专多能的技能型人才,同时也能为其他高校修订和完善学生实习方案提供思考。

Practice is an important part of the whole medical education,and it is the key stage of linking theory with practice and realizing the goal of medical education. The author of this thesis is to explore the clinical internship program of the new vocational colleges from the standardized training of professional graduate students,and make four aspects of optimization. The purpose is to improve the practice,to cultivate talents well,but also for other university students and perfect the revised internship program provides thinking.
