运城市公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生状况分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析运城市公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生状况。方法从运城市市区随机抽取30家超市、KTV、宾馆、医院、飞机场、客运汽车站、洗浴中心等公共场所,对集中空调新风量、风管内表面积尘量、菌落总数、真菌总数和β-溶血性链球菌以及送风中可吸入颗粒物(PM10)、菌落总数、真菌总数、β-溶血性链球菌指标进行检测。结果风管内表面各相关指标分别抽检样品180份,积尘量合格率为73.33%,菌落总数合格率为91.67%,真菌总数合格率为97.78%,β-溶血性链球菌合格率均为100%:送风系统中新风量和PM10抽检样品180份,新风量合格率为100%,PM10合格率为91.11%;送风系统各微生物指标分别抽检样品90份,送风中菌落总数合格率为86.67%,真菌总数合格率为95.56%,β-溶血性链球菌合格率为100%。相关分析表明,积尘量与风管内表面细菌总数、风管内表面真菌总数、PM10、送风中细菌总数、送风中真菌总数均具有相关性(Spearman相关系数分别为0.612,0.564,0.845,0.443、0.324,P<0.05);新风量与积尘量也具有相关性(Spearman相关系数为-0.743,P<0.05)。结论运城市市区集中空调通风系统存在一定程度的污染,需要及时进行清洗消毒。 Objective Analysing the Sanitation Condition of Central air conditioning ventilation system in public places of Yuncheng city.Method Randomly selected 30 Public places include supermarke-ts,KTV,hotels,hospitals,airports,passenger bus stations,bathing centers in Yuncheng City,detected the air change flow in the central air conditioning ventilation system,duct surface dust,total bacterial cou-nt,total fungi count,β-hemolytic streptococcus in the inner surface of the duct,detected the PM10,total bacterial count,total fungi count,β-hemolytic streptococcus in the air of central air conditioning.Result Collected 180 copies samples in the inner surface of the duct,the qualified rates of duct surface dust,total bacterial count,total fungi count,β-hemolytic streptococcus were 73.33%,91.67%,97.78%,100%.Collected 180 copies samples of the air change flowand PM10,the qualified rates were100% and 91.11%.Collected 90 copies samples in the air of central air conditioning,the qualified rates of total bacterial count,total fungi count,β-hemolytic streptococcus were86.67%,95.56%,100%.The Sperman analysis shows that duct surface dust with the total bacterial count in the inner surface of the duct,the total fungi count in the inner surface of the duct,the PM10,the total bacterial count in the air of central air conditioning,the total fungi count in the air of central air conditioning were correlated(the Sperman correlation coefficient were0.612,0.564,0.845,0.443,0.324,P〈0. 05):the air change flowand the duct surface dust also were correlated(the Sperman correlation coefficient were-0.743,P〈0.05).Conclusion There is a certain degree of pollution in the central air conditioning ventilation system,all these public places need to be promptly cleaned and disinfected.
