辨证施治联合西药治疗高血压患者临床效果观察

To observe the clinical effect of syndrome differentiation of TCM combined with western medicine in treatment of patients with hypertension

目的观察辨证施治联合西药治疗高血压患者的临床效果。方法选择2015年1月—2016年7月我院确诊的高血压患者84例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分观察组和对照组各42例,对照组单纯使用西药治疗,定期检查血压,根据患者的病情调整降压药物剂量;观察组针对患者不同的中医证候特点,采用中药汤内服:肝阳上亢患者采用钩藤天麻汤加减、阴虚阳亢采用地黄杞菊汤加减、阴阳两虚采用二仙汤加减、痰湿壅盛天麻半夏白术汤加减。结果 2组治疗前血压参数比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗1个疗程后观察组收缩压(122.40±7.65)mm Hg、舒张压(76.73±5.03)mm Hg,低于对照组的(132.28±9.35)mm Hg、(82.60±5.33)mm Hg(P<0.05);治疗总有效95.24%,高于对照组的80.95%(P<0.05)。结论中药辨证施治能够有效降低患者血压,提高治疗效果,值得在临床上使用。

Objective To observe the syndrome differentiation of TCM combined with western medicine treatment. hypertension clinical application.Method In January 2015-July 2016 84 cases hypertension as the research object,randomLy divided into the observation group and the control group with 42 cases in each group,the control group were treated with western medicine,regularly check blood pressure,according to the patient＇s condition to adjust the dosage of antihypertensive dr μgs;the observation group for patients with different TCM syndrome characteristics. The use of Chinese medicine decoction：hyperactivity of liver Yang were treated with Gouteng Tianma decoction,Yinxuyangkang Dihuang Decoction,the Qiju Yin and Yang of the two virtual by Erxian Decoction and phlegm dampness Banxia Baizhu Decoction of Gastrodia elata.Results The blood pressure before treatment parameters of two groups of patients with hypertension（systolic and diastolic）had no significant difference（P〈0.05）after a course of treatment,observation group systolic blood pressure（122.40±7.65）mm Hg,diastolic blood pressure（76.73±5.03）mm Hg,lower than that of the control group（132.28±9.35）mm Hg,（82.60±5.33）mm Hg（P〈0.05）,the total effective 95.24% higher than control group 80.95%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Chinese medicine dialectical therapy can improve the treatment effect,is worth in clinical use.
