乳腺癌并发第二原发甲状腺癌1例报告

摘要 乳腺癌并发第二原发甲状腺癌分为同时性诊断和异时性诊断,乳腺癌能增加第二原发甲状腺癌的发病率,但发病机制尚未阐明,其中激素、激素相关受体、基因易感性、治疗相关影响研究较多,治疗方式仍主要参考各自指南,基于目前乳腺癌并发第二原发甲状腺癌的风险增加,须加强乳腺癌病人甲状腺的随访,现结合文献将首都医科大学宣武医院普外科1例乳腺癌并发第二原发甲状腺癌的诊治经过报道如下,
