调畅三焦气机法阻断慢性肾衰竭渐进性发展临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨调畅三焦气机法阻断慢性肾衰竭渐进性发展的效果。方法选择我院于2015年6月—2016年6月期间收治的60例慢性肾衰竭患者作为研究对象,随机分成2组,观察组与对照组各30例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用调畅三焦气机法治疗,比较2组治疗效果、肾功能、尿常规,以彩色多普勒超声观察肾脏大小、肾实质改变情况。结果观察组近期、远期治疗效果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后与对照组相比,观察组肾小球滤过率升高,尿隐血改善,尿蛋白、红细胞水平降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组肾脏厚径、长径、实质厚度及宽径均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性肾衰竭患者采用调畅三焦气机法治疗能够阻断病情渐进性发展,防止肾功能进一步恶化,且治疗效果显著优于常规治疗,值得临床广泛应用。 Objective To investigate regulating tri-jiao qi-activity in blocking progressive development of chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods 60 CRF patients in our hospital from March 2015 to June 2016 were randomLy divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each. Control group was given routine treatment,while observation group was treated with regulating tri-jiao qi-activity. The curative effects,renal function,urine routine,size of kidney,renal material changes were compared between the two groups.Results The short and long-term curative effects of observation group were better than those of control group(P〈0.05);After treatment,compared with control group,the glomerular filtration rate of observation group increased and urine occult blood improved,while the levels of urine protein and red blood cell decreased(P〈0.05);After treatment,the renal thickness-diameter,length-diameter,parenchyma thickness and radial width in observation group were lower than those in control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Regulating tri-jiao qi-activity for CRF patients could block progressive development of disease,prevent further deterioration of renal function,whose curative effects are significantly better than routine treatment,which is worthy of wide clinical application.
