摘要 目的了解包装饮用水的外包装及其自来水微生物指标合格状况。方法随机选取海口市龙华区各型10个超市的包装饮用水,现场抽取150份水样进行感官指标及外包装调查,另随机取其中30份及超市自来水30份,按照GB19298-2014、GB?5749-2006规定的要求和方法进行检测和评价,用平板计数法测定水中的细菌总数,酶底物接触法测定总大肠菌。将矿泉水及自来水加入BG11培养基,培养7 d^15 d后进行藻毒基因的检测。结果 150份包装饮用水的名称合格率为86.0%,生产保质期合格率为98.0%;60份水样的细菌学检验中,菌落总数及总大肠菌均未超标;经培养后可检出藻类产毒酶基因。结论市场商品饮用水细菌指标合格,外包装尚有不能达新标准,部分可能存在有毒藻类污染的潜在风险。 Objective To understand microorganism pollution of tap water and bottled water in markets at Haikou.Methods 150 samples were randomly investigated for its package according to the regulations of the GB19298-2014;and 60 ones were determined for microorganisms with bacterium and algae index according to GB5749-2006. the algae were observed after culturering for 7-20 days with BG11 medium,Then the toxin genes were explored by PCR.Results The total bacterium were good for all samples.It was not qualified for irregulary name on the packaging,accouting for 86.0%.Toxicant gene can be detectable for the ordor water and 1 bottled water.Conclusion The drinking water remaining unqualified commodity packaging,and it reveals the potential risk of toxic algae pollution.
