摘要 本文提出基于自适应累加和算法的自适应重合闸方法,实现了故障性质的判别及二次电弧熄弧时刻的检测。首先,研究了不同故障性质下线路故障相端电压幅值的变化规律,阐述了利用电压幅值的上升及下降时序识别故障性质和捕捉故障熄弧时刻的基本原理;其次,对自适应累加和算法进行改进,克服了其运算量大、触发信号持续时间短的不足;最后,给出了自适应重合闸的实现方案。仿真验证了所提方案的可行性和有效性。本文方法实现简单,抗干扰能力强,对不带并联电抗器和带并联电抗器的输电线路均适用。 Based on adaptive cumulative sum(ACUSUM)algorithm,an adaptive reclosure method is proposed in thispaper to distinguish the fault property and detect the secondary arc extinction time. Firstly,the varying characteristicsof fault phase voltage amplitude in different fault conditions are studied,and the basic principles for fault recognitionand the location of secondary arc extinction time are proposed by detecting the increase and decrease of voltage ampli-tude. Secondly,ACUSUM algorithm is modified to overcome the disadvantages of large computation load and short dura-tion of trigger signal. At last,an implementation schema for adaptive reclosure is given. The feasibility and effectivenessof the proposed schema is verified through simulations. This method is easy to realize with strong anti-interference abili-ty,and it is suitable for the transmission lines with and without shunt reactors.
