摘要
随着随班就读规模的扩大以及对随班就读质量的愈加重视,探讨随班就读教师的专业发展更具现实意义。信息化平台为随班就读教师的专业发展提供了较多的路径,能够解决随班就读教师专业发展所面临的一系列困境。文章就随班就读教师专业发展的重要性、面临的困境与信息化平台为随班就读教师专业发展所带来的机遇进行了分析,并基于信息化平台的视角对促进随班就读教师专业发展的路径进行了探究。
With the expansion of learning in regular classes, more attention has been paid to the quality of learning in regular classes. The professional development of LRC(Learning in Regular Classroom) teachers has more important practical significance. The information platform can provide a great many paths for the professional development of LRC teachers. And it also can solve a series of difficulties faced by LRC teachers.The paper analyzes the importance of the professional development of LRC teachers, the dilemma of LRC teachers' professional development and the opportunities that has brought to the LRC teachers' professional development by the information platform. And also explore the paths to promote the professional development of LRC teachers based on the perspective of information platform.
