高职教育涉农专业多样化的人才培养模式改革路径——以广西职业技术学院为例

On the Reform of Diversified Talents Training Modes of Agriculture-related Majors in Higher Vocational Education——A Case Study of GXVTC

高等职业教育以培养高技能型人才为己任,通过人才培养模式改革,突出人才的实践能力培养。专业人才培养方案是人才培养工作的实施蓝图,必须以适应社会需求为目标、以培养专业技术能力为主线进行总体设计。广西职业技术学院以工学结合为抓手,实施人才培养模式改革,提出了具有鲜明特色的人才培养模式改革思路:一个平台、两类基地、三根台柱、四个融入、五个对接,构建了多形式的人才培养模式。

To cultivate high-skilled talents is the important objective in higher vocational education. Reform of talents training modes should be conducted to highlight the cultivation of talents＇ practical ability. The professional training program is the implementation blueprint for talents training. The general design of this training program should take adapting social needs as the objective and focus on cultivating professional ability. New reform concept has been put forward in Guangxi Vocational and Technical College, which form the diversified talents training modes.
