纤维桩与金属桩在前磨牙重度楔状缺损修复中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的比较纤维桩与铸造金属桩、成品金属桩在前磨牙重度楔状缺损修复中疗效。方法 111例前磨牙重度楔状缺损患者(138颗患牙),在根管治疗后分别用铸造合金桩(A组,46颗)、成品金属桩(B组,47颗)和纤维桩(C组,45颗)修复。观察修复后2年疗效。结果 3组均无桩折发生,成功率为100%。A、B与C组冠折发生率差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);C组根折发生率较A、B组低(P<0.05)。结论纤维桩用于修复前磨牙重度楔状缺损的疗效优于金属桩。 Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of fiber and cast and finished metal posts in severe wedge-shaped defects of premolar teeth. Methods A total of 111 patients (138 teeth) with severe wedge-shaped defects of premolar teeth were repaired with cast metal posts (Group A, 46 teeth), finished metal posts (Group B, 47 teeth), or fiber posis (Group C, 45 teeth) after root canal therapy. The 2-year clinical efficacy was compared among three groups. Results None of post fractures occured in three groups, with the success rate of 100%. The incidence of crown fractures was comparable among three groups (P〉0.05), but incidence of root fractures was lower in Group C than in Groups A and B (P〈0.05). Conclusion The fiber posts are superior to metal posts for repairing the severe wedge-shaped defects of premolar teeth.
