盐酸米诺环素辅助基础治疗对侵袭性牙周炎的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of basic treatment combined with minocycline hydrochloride ointment for aggressive periodontitis

目的观察盐酸米诺环素对于侵袭性牙周炎的疗效。方法 42例侵袭性牙周炎患者,随机分为治疗组(21例)和对照组(21例),对照组采用龈上洁治、刮治术和根面平整术治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予盐酸米诺环素局部用药,于治疗前和治疗后4周对牙龈指数(GI)、牙龈出血指数(BI)、牙周探诊深度(PD)及菌斑指数(PLI)等4项指数进行对比。结果与治疗前比较,治疗4周后两组的GI、BI、PD及PLI等4项诊查指标均有所改善(P<0.05),以治疗组改善更为明显(P<0.05)。讨论盐酸米诺环素辅助基础治疗对于侵袭性牙周炎有良好疗效,优于常规治疗手段。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of minocycline hydrochloride ointment （TT-MHO） in the treatment of aggressive periodontitis. Methods 42 patients with aggressive periodontitis were randomly divided into Treatment Group （n= 21） and Control Group （n=21）. The Control Group received the treatment of supragingival scaling, scaling and root planing. The Treatment Group was treated with minocycline hydrochloride on the basis of the treatment for Control Group. The comparison was made between before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment in terms of GI, BI, PD and PLI. Results Compared with those before treatment, the GI, BI, PD and PLI in the two groups were improved 4 weeks after the treatment （P〈0.05）, and Treatment Group showed a more significant improvement （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The basic treatment combined with TT-MHO has curative effect on aggressive periodontitis and superior to routine treatment.
