摘要
构建预制装配式住宅全寿命周期成本模型,对预制装配式和现浇混凝土结构两种住宅方案的全寿命周期成本进行估算对比,得出预制装配式住宅在节能、节地、节材、节水、环境保护方面具有优越性,研究结果为推广预制装配式住宅提供理论参考。
The paper constructs the life cycle cost model of prefabricated houses,compares the life cycle cost between the prefabricated structure and reinforced concrete structure,concludes that prefabricated houses has the advantages in energy-saving,land-saving,material-saving,water-saving and environmental protection,in order to provide references for popularizing prefabricated house.
