In view of the problem of the claim settlement of project shutdown caused by force majeure,taking a nuclear power plant construction project as an example,the paper combs the workflow of claim settlement,discusses emphatically the contractor to calculate the cost of downtime by the actual cost method,and elaborates the claim negotiation plan,analysis and assessment,in order to protect the interests of contract parties reasonable economic and promote the healthy development of the construction project claim.
