中国城市化质量区域差距比较研究

Comparative Study on Regional Disparity of Urbanization Quality in China

近年来,城市化扩张非常迅速,与此同时凸显出生态的破坏、环境的污染、城市交通的拥堵、温室效应的产生等问题,迫使人们不得不思考城市化的实质何在。根据前人的研究成果及对质量的理解,本文认为城市化质量的内涵是生活质量,并据此构建了包括居民收入和消费、宜居、发展潜力和城乡一体化在内的评价指标体系。在对全国地级及以上城市进行测评的基础上,发现城市化质量总体不高,而且既存在区域间差距也存在区域内差距,而影响城市化质量的主要因素是经济因素和政府目标函数的因素。对此提出了提升城市化质量和缩小区域差距的对策。

In recent years, urbanization has expanded very rapidly. At the same time, it highlights such prob- lems as ecological destruction, environmental pollution, urban traffic congestion, and the emergence of greenhouse effect, forcing people to think about what is the essence of urbanization. According to the previous research results and the understanding of quality, the thesis holds the view that the connotation of urbanization quality is the quality of life. Then based on it, the thesis builds the evaluation index system including residents income as well as con- sumption, livability, development potential and urban - rural integration. On the basis of the evaluation of nation- wide prefecture- level cities and above, the thesis finds the overall quality of urbanization is not high, moreover, regional disparities are not only between and also within areas. The main factors affecting urbanization quality are e- conomics and the government objective function. For the above, the thesis puts forward some countermeasures to improve urbanization quality and narrow regional disparity.
