泰宁生态旅游环保意识模糊综合评价

在构建泰宁生态旅游环保意识评价模型的基础上,运用IAHP方法确定各评价因子的权重,通过游客和居民环保意识问卷调查收集数据,运用模糊综合评价法,得到泰宁生态旅游综合环保意识指数为86.75,录属Ⅱ级"轻度低载"状态。评价模型中要素层各项单因子环保意识指数全部未出现超载情况,在S_1,S_5,S_(12)三项指标上,游客居民环保意识指数均属于平衡状态。研究区的游客居民环保意识依然有很大提升空间,应当重点通过绿色教育和环境体察,并结合大众宣传、公共监管、依法治理等综合手段,提高研究区游客居民环保意识,增强环境责任感。

On the basis of building evaluation model of Taining eco-tourism environmental awareness, IAHP method was used to determine the weight of each evaluation factor, data were collected by questionnaire surveying of tourists and residents＇ environmental awareness, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to calculate compre- hensive index of Taining eco-tourism environmental awareness and outcome is 86.75. The above results record belongs to Ⅱ level and mild low load. All indices of environmental awareness of each single factor in element layer in evaluation model do not appear the overload situation, but in S1 S5 S12 three indicators, indices of visitors＇ and residents＇ environmental awareness belong to the state of equilibrium. So the environmental awareness of visitors and residents in the study area are still having much room to improve. By comprehensive measures of focusing on green education and environment inspection, connect with the public propaganda, public supervision and government by law to improve visitors＇ and residents＇ environmental awareness and strengthen environmental responsibility.
