人工流产后即时放置宫内节育器的临床效果观察

Observation on the clinical effect of placing intrauterine device immediately after Abortion

目的观察人工流产后即时放置宫内节育器的临床效果。方法选择我院2015年2月-2016年2月就诊行人工流产术的患者82例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组41例,试验组患者术后即时放置吉妮宫内节育器,对照组患者术后即时放置宫腔形宫内节育器。均随访12个月,观察带器妊娠、停用节育器、续用节育器情况,分别于术后1个月、3个月、6个月及12个月时统计不良反应发生率。结果 2组患者带器妊娠率、术后1个月不良反应发生率相近,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。试验组患者术后3个月、6个月及12个月时不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应主要表现为经量增多、经期延长、腰酸等,经药物治疗逐渐缓解。结论人工流产术后即时放置宫内节育器是安全有效的,但吉妮宫内节育器具有良好的应用效果,不良反应较轻,更能提高患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of placing intrauterine devices immediately after artificial abortion.Methods A total of 82 patients who had abortion operation were Selected in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 and they were randomLy divided into experimental group and control group.Each group consists of 41 patients,the patients in experimental group were treated with placing Gyne Fix IUD immediately after artificial abortion while the patients in control group were treated with placing Uterine-shape IUD.All the patients tested in this research were followed-up for 12 months by way of observing pregnancy,the end of using intrauterine device and the reusing of the intrauterine device.The incidence of adverse events was statistically measured at 1 month,3 months,6 months and 12 months after the operation.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups when it comes to the pregnancy and the incidence of adverse events 1 month after the operation（P〉0.05）.The incidence of adverse events for the experimental group is lower than that of control group after 3 months,6 months and 12 months,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The adverse effects of the control group were mainly about the increasing amount of menstruation,prolonged menstruation and lumbar acid,which were relieved by treatment.Conclusion Intrauterine device is safe and effective after artificial abortion,however,Gyne Fix IUD has a good effect,and the adverse reaction is mild,which can make the patient＇s quality of life better.
