痛风/高尿酸血症患者甲状腺激素水平的临床相关研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨痛风/高尿酸血症患者甲状腺激素水平的变化情况。方法选取我院2015年4月—2016年4月收治的痛风患者60例、高尿酸血症(HUA)患者60例,以及同期接受体检身体健康者60例,分别作为痛风组、HUA组和对照组,对比3组患者的促甲状腺激素(TSH)、游离甲状腺素(FT_4)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT_3)。结果痛风组、HUA组患者的亚临床甲减的检出率明显高于对照组。痛风组和HUA组的TSH明显高于对照组,而FT_4明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论痛风/高尿酸血症患者亚临床甲减的检出率明显升高。
