复杂性思想视阈下生理学深度教学改革探析 被引量:1

摘要 生理学是一门非常重要的基础医学课程,其课堂教学是一个复杂的系统。目前生理学实行的传统教学方法缺乏教学深度,已经不能满足新形势下人才培养的要求。在复杂性思想指导下,实行生理学的深度教学改革势在必行。在教改过程中,我们从提高教师的学科素养出发,实行了包括体验式案例教学法在内的多元化课堂教学方法和形成性教学评价方式,并对教学反思进行强化。生理学深度教学改革显著提高了学生对生理学的主动学习兴趣,提升了学生分析、解决问题的能力,也提升了教师的学科素养和教学能力,取得了良好的教学效果。 Physiology is a very important basic medicine course,and its classroom teaching is a complex system.At present,the traditional teaching methods of physiology lack the depth of teaching,and can not meet the requirements of talent training in the new situation.Under the guidance of complexity theory,it is imperative to carry out the deep teaching reform of physiology.In the process of reform,we started from improving the quality of teachers,then carried out a variety of classroom teaching methods including experiential teaching methods and formative assessment methods,at last strengthened the teaching reflection.Physiological depth teaching reform greatly improves students' interest in physiology,enhances their ability to analyze and solve problems,improves their knowledge of discipline and teaching ability,and achieves good teaching results.
