环保型丁苯橡胶1502E在农业子午线轮胎中的应用

Application of Environment-Friendly SBR1502E in Agriculture Radial Tire

研究环保型丁苯橡胶(SBR)1502E在农业子午线轮胎胎面胶及胎体帘布胶中的应用。结果表明:用环保型SBR1502E等量替代SBR1502后,胎面胶的门尼粘度明显下降,回弹值增大,耐磨性能和抗撕裂性能略有提高,生热降低,拉伸性能变化不大;胎体帘布胶的门尼粘度明显下降,回弹值增大,生热降低,H抽出力和抗撕裂性能略有提高,拉伸性能变化不大;工艺性能良好;成品轮胎的物理性能变化不大。

The application of environment-friendly SBR1502 E in the tread compound and carcass ply compound of agriculture radial tire was investigated. The results showed that,when the same amount of SBR1502 E was applied to replace SBR1502 in the tread compound,the Mooney viscosity of the compound decreased significantly,the rebound value increased,the wear resistance and tear resistance were slightly improved,the heat build-up decreased,and the tensile properties changed little. In the carcass ply compound,when the same amount of SBR1502 E was used to replace SBR1502 in the original formulation,the Mooney viscosity of the compound decreased significantly,the rebound value increased,the heat build-up decreased,the pull-out force and tear resistance increased slightly,and the tensile properties changed little. With SBR1502 E,both compounds showed good processing properties,and the physical properties of the finished tire changed little.
