摘要
目的:探讨骨密度仪在人体成份测量中的的应用价值。方法:应用骨密度仪对肿瘤初诊患者进行人体成份分析,比对皮脂厚度测量、腰围、臀围及体脂率等指标,统计分析其相关性。结果:初步应用骨密度仪测量人体成份结果表明,女性脂肪组织高于男性,肌肉和骨密度则略低。脂肪分布以腰、臀、胸、腿为主,肱三头肌皮脂厚度与骨密度仪上肢脂肪含量测量结果有较好的相关性;腰、腹围和腹、臀部脂肪含量有较好的相关性。结论:皮脂厚度测量和腰、臀围可以较好的反映体内脂肪含量,骨密度仪则能更全面的定量分析人体各部位的骨、肌肉和脂含量,临床可以选择应用评估受检者的营养情况。
Objective:To study the application of bone mineral density instrument for human body composition measurement. Methods :The sebum thickens ,waist and hip were measurement. They were compared with body compo- sition by bone mineral density instrument. Results :The fat tissue of female was more than male. The bone mineral and muscle of female was less than male. There were good correlations between waistline, hipline, triceps sebum thickness and fat measurement results by mineral density instrument. Conclusion :The sebum thickness measurement and waist- line, hipline can reflect the body fat content. The bone mineral density instrument can quantitatively analyse the body bone, muscle and fat content. They can be chosen for clinical nutritional status.
