摘要
死亡受体信号通路是引起细胞凋亡,维持细胞稳态的重要途径,对监视机体肿瘤具有重要意义。死亡受体通路主要包括三条:TNFα及其受体途径,Fas L/Fas途径,TARIL及其受体DR4/5途径。近年来,关于cbl家族蛋白调控死亡受体通路的研究越来越多。cbl家族蛋白作为泛素连接酶Ring-finger结构域家族的重要成员之一,通过调节蛋白的泛素化,参与体内的多种生理过程。本文就死亡受体、脂筏、生存通路及其它分子四个方面,综述cbl家族蛋白调控死亡受体信号通路的研究进展。
Death receptor signaling pathway is important to induce cell apoptosis and maintain cell homeostasis. It is significant to monitor tumor initiation. The death receptor pathway mainly includes. TNFct and its receptor pathway, FasL/Fas pathway,TARIL and its receptor DR4/5 pathway. In recent years, there are many studies about the regula- tion of cbl family protein on death receptor pathway. Chl family protein is the important members of the ring - finger domain family of ubiquitin ligase. It is involved in a variety of physiological processes through regulating protein ubiq- uitination. In this paper,we review the progress of cbl family protein regulating death receptor signaling pathway about death receptor, lipid raft, survival pathway and other molecules.
