复方酮康唑、莫匹罗星联合治疗真菌性皮肤溃疡效果观察

Clinical Observation of Compound Ketoconazole Cream Combined with Mupirocin Ointment in the Treatment of Fungus Skin Ulcers

目的:探讨复方酮康唑、莫匹罗星联合治疗真菌性皮肤溃疡的临床效果。方法:将2015年4月-2016年12月笔者所在医院收治的120例真菌性皮肤溃疡患者,按随机数字表法将其分为两组,各60例,对照组给予常规处理及护理,观察组在此基础上加用复方酮康唑、莫匹罗星联合治疗,观察两组临床疗效及不良反应。结果:观察组显效43例,有效10例,无效7例,总有效率为88.33%;对照组显效33例,有效9例,无效18例,总有效率为70.00%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组真菌清除率为86.67%,对照组为68.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论:复方酮康唑、莫匹罗星联合治疗真菌性皮肤溃疡效果确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of Compound Ketoconazole Cream combined with Mupirocin Ointment in the treatment of fungus skin ulcers.Method：120 patients with fungus skin ulcers from April 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into two group.The control group received routine treatment and nursing,the observation group was given additional Compound Ketoconazole Cream combined with Mupirocin Ointment.The clinical effect and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Result：There were 43 patients excellence,10 effective,7 failure in the observation group,and the total effective rate was 88.33%.There were 33 patients excellence,9 effective,18 failure in the control group,and the total effective rates was 70.00%.There was statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The fungal clearance rate was 86.67% in the observation group,and it was 68.33% in the control group,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion：Compound Ketoconazole Cream combined with Mupirocin Ointment has better effect in the treatment of fungus skin ulcers;it is worthy of clinical application.
