输卵管性不孕患者行宫腔镜联合腹腔镜手术临床围术期护理研究

Clinical Study on Perioperative Nursing during Hysteroscopy Combined with Laparoscopic Surgery in Patients with Tubal Infertility

目的:探讨输卵管性不孕患者行宫腹腔镜手术的围术期护理要点和应用效果。方法:选取2015年4月-2017年3月在笔者所在医院行宫腔镜联合腹腔镜手术治疗的96例输卵管不孕患者进行研究,随机分为常规组和试验组,每组48例。常规组患者接受一般性护理,试验组患者行围术期综合性护理干预,比较两组患者的手术时间、并发症、护理满意度和心理状况评分情况。结果:试验组患者手术时间(82.5±13.5)min、并发症发生率2.08%(1/48)、满意度95.83%(46/48),显著优于常规组的(93.4±13.8)min、14.58%(7/48)和81.25%(39/48),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者心理症状自量表评分显著优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对宫腹腔镜手术联合治疗输卵管性不孕患者实施围术期综合性护理干预可以有效缩短手术时间、减少术后并发症、提高满意度和改善患者心理状况,临床疗效显著,值得广泛推广。

Objective：To explore the perioperative nursing points and application effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with tubal infertility.Method：96 patients with fallopian tube infertility who underwent hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopic surgery from April 2015 to March 2017 were randomly divided into conventional group and experimental group.The patients in the conventional group were treated with general care.The patients in the experimental group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.The operation time,complication,nursing satisfaction and psychological status of the two groups were compared.Result：The operative time was（82.5±13.5）min,the complication rate was 2.08%（1/48） and the satisfaction rate was 95.83%（46/48）,which were significantly better than those of the conventional group（93.4±13.8）min,14.58%（7/48） and 81.25%（39/48）,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The scores of the psychological symptoms in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopic surgery for tubal infertility can effectively shorten the operation time,reduce postoperative complications,improve the satisfaction and improve the psychological status of patients,the clinical effect is remarkable,it is worthy of extensive promotion.
