政和县并殖吸虫病病原学调查

Investigation on the etiology of paragonimisis in Zhenghe county of Fujian province

摘要 目的调查福建省政和县并殖吸虫病病原虫种、宿主及其感染率。方法收集全县每个乡镇各1~2个村的螺、蟹及野猫粪便标本,做并殖吸虫尾蚴、囊蚴的感染率、感染度及虫卵检查。结果卫氏并殖吸虫和斯氏并殖吸虫两种成虫取自溪蟹中的囊蚴感染猫。放逸短沟蜷为卫氏并殖吸虫第一中间宿主,感染率为0.05%(2/3 674),建瓯拟小豆螺为斯氏并殖吸虫第一中间宿主,感染率为0.29%(16/5 641);小桥拟钉螺无阳性发现。检查福建华溪蟹、中华绒螯蟹、浙江华溪蟹闽东亚种、政和博特溪蟹新种和福建博特溪蟹共387只,发现囊蚴者74只,阳性率为19.12%;其中福建博特溪蟹、中华绒螯蟹和浙江华溪蟹闽东亚种均无阳性发现。4份野猫粪便中的1份检出并殖吸虫虫卵。结论政和县为卫氏并殖吸虫病和斯氏并殖吸虫病的疫源地,放逸短沟蜷、建瓯拟小豆螺为主要第一中间宿主;福建华溪蟹和政和博特溪蟹为主要第二中间宿主,野猫为保虫宿主。 Objective To investigate the paragonimiasis causing agents and host infection rate in Zhenghe county of Fujian province,and determine the local foci of Paragonimus. Methods Snails,crabs and stools of wild cats for examination of cercaria,metacercariae and eggs of Paragunimus. Results The species of P.westermani and P.skrjabini adult worms were found in cat and their metecercariae infection in crab. Semisulcospira liberlina was found infected with cercariae of P.westermani in 2 out of 3 674 snails examined(0.05%);the second prevalent species was P.skrjabini,with an infection rate of 0.29 %(16/5 641). Tricula xiaoqiaoensis was not found;no positive of 378 snails examined. 387 crabs catching from the mountain streams of endemic area were examined and 74 of them(19.12 %)were found to be infected with matacereariae cysts of Paragonimus. Three species of crab were found as intermediate host of Paragonimus in Zhenghe county. The B.fujiaensis,Eriocheir sinensis and S.chekiangense mindongense crabs were investigated and none of them was infected. The eggs of Paragonimus were detected in 1 out of 4 wild cats. Conclusions The causing agents of paragonimiasis in Zhenghe county were P.westermani and P.skrjabini. The P.jianouensis and S.liberlina might serve as important first intermediate host;S.fujianense and B.zhengheensis might serve as important second intermediate host,wild cats should be the definite host of the causing agents.
