DOTS策略下广东省2010-2013年结核病防治效果

Prevention and control of tuberculosis in Guangdong province under DOTS strategy from 2010 to 2013

目的分析直接督导短程化疗(DOTS)策略下广东省结核病防治现状。方法收集2010-2013年广东省肺结核患者的登记情况、治愈情况等资料,增加相关追踪信息,进行描述性统计分析。结果广东省活动性肺结核登记率呈逐年下降的趋势,2013年较2010年下降19.7%;新涂阳患者发现率也呈逐年下降的趋势,2013年较2010年下降了10.7%;转诊患者2013年的总体到位率为91.2%,较2010年的81.1%有所上升,上升幅度为12.4%;全省、粤东、粤西初治涂阳治愈率、复治涂阳治愈率均维持在90%左右。结论广东省结核病防治工作达到《广东省结核病防治规划(2011-2015年)》要求,但在珠三角、粤东、粤西地区上防治工作有差异,各级结核病防治机构应及时发现DOTS策略下的新问题并进行调整。

Objective To analyze the current situation of tuberculosis（TB）prevention and control under the strategy of directly observed therapy short-course（DOTS）in Guangdong province. Methods A descriptive statistical analysis was performed by using the data of TB patients,such as case registration and treatment condition,and tracking information of TB from 2010 to 2013. Results The registration rate of active TB patients decreased year by year,which had fallen 19.7%from 2010 to 2013. The discovery rate of new smear positive patients also showed the trend of decrease,which had fallen10.7%. The arrival rate of TB patients was 91.2% in 2013,and it had rose 12.4% since 2010. From 2010 to 2013,the cure rates of smear positive patients and retreated smear positive patients were maintained at about 90% in the whole province,eastern Guangdong and western Guangdong. Conclusions The TB prevention and control work had met＂TB Prevention and Control of Guangdong Province Plan（2011-2015）＂,but the prevention and control work were different in the Pearl River Delta,eastern Guangdong and western Guangdong. TB prevention and control institutions at all levels should be timely to discover new problems under the DOTS strategy and make adjustment.
