摘要
重大基础设施工程作为"社会工程",其社会脆弱性对建设项目可持续发展具有重要意义。首先,建立重大工程社会脆弱性指标体系;其次,根据建设项目的特点和指标体系的特点,建立基于直觉模糊集群决策的评估方法模型,以识别其主要的影响因素;最终,以南京市纬三路过江通道工程为例,对模型进行实证研究,验证模型的可行性与实用性。
Mega projects, as "social projects", is of great significance and its social vulnerabilities have an effect on the sustainable development. First, the social vulnerability index system is established. Then the evaluation model of mega projects' social vulnerability based on intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute group decision-making is built according to the characteristics of the construction project and the characteristics of the index system. At last, the Nanjing Weisan Road Cross-river tunnel is taken as an example to verify the feasibility and practicability of the model.
