摘要
重大工程团队是由各个工程主体按照一定规则构成的知识集合体,作为重大工程的主要完成者,其工程管理的过程可以看作一种通过知识的不断学习和记忆,最终解决工程管理问题的过程。在知识创造模型基础上,分析重大工程团队知识、学习和记忆的特性及联系。根据重大工程团队知识管理和生物免疫的相似性,从生物免疫的角度建立重大工程团队知识-学习-记忆三者逻辑关系的框架模型。该模型突破已有研究中三者呈现独立化和片面化的现状,揭示了一条完整的知识管理链。最后,从免疫角度对重大工程团队知识管理提出建议。
The megaproject team is a knowledge aggregation constituted by the various project stakeholders through certain rules. As the main completer of the megaproject, the project management of the megaproject team can be seen as a process of the continuous knowledge learning and memory to eventually solve the project problems. In this paper, the features and connection of the megaproject team knowledge-learning-memory are discussed based on the knowledge creation model. From the perspective of biological immunity, this paper establishes a logical model of the megaproject team knowledge-learning-memory based on the analogy between the megaproject team and the immune system. The model breaks through the existing research that the megaproject team knowledge-learning-memory are often discussed independently and fragmentally, then revealing a complete knowledge management chain. Finally, the suggestions of how to enhance the megaproject team's knowledge management are put forward from the perspective of biological immunity.
