亚砷酸注射液配合五味克瘤饮治疗浅表淋巴结转移瘤25例疗效观察

Observation on therapeutic effect of arsenous acid injectio combined with Ke Liu Yin in 25 cases of superficial lymph node metastatic tumor

目的:探索中药治疗体表实体瘤的方法。方法:应用中药制剂亚砷酸(As_2O_3)加温至50℃后直接注入,并同时服用扶正抗癌的五味克瘤饮,治疗浅表淋巴结转移瘤,减轻肿瘤患者痛苦,改善生活质量。观察中按编号分组,奇数为治疗组,偶数为对照组,两组各25例,对照组采用异环磷酰胺、5-氟脲嘧啶、丝裂霉素静脉给药,3个月后观察疗效。结果:治疗组完全缓解率为16％,部分缓解率为76％,总有效率为92％;对照组完全缓解率4％,部分缓解率为56％,总有效率为60％(P<0.01),治疗组优于对照组。结论:本疗法治疗浅表淋巴结转移瘤疗效显著,副作用小。

Purpose: To explore treatment methods of Chinese drugs for superficial solid tumor. Methods: In the treatment group (25 cases), Chinese drug preparation arsenous acid (AS2O3) was warmed to 50 C and then injected, and at the same time Ke Liu Yin was administrated; The control group (25 cases) Were treated hy intervenous injection isophosphamide, fluorouracil and mitomycin. Three months later, the therapeutic effects were observed and assessed. Results: The complete remission rate . the partial remission rate and the total effective rate were 16%. 76% and 92% in the treatment group, and 4%. 56% and 60% in the control group, respectively, the treatment group being superior to the control group (P<0. 01). Conclusion: Arsenous acid injectio combined with Ke Liu Yin has obvious therapeutic effect on superficial lymph node metastatic tumor with a little side-effects.
