摘要
ARG-500CME型罗茨鼓风机机封原采用合金铸铁材质的涨圈密封,该密封在运行过程中多次出现振值高,温度高等问题,运行一段时间,机封密封性能降低,严重影响系统的稳定性,为改变这种现状,通过对机封结构型式改造——改成机械密封结构,提高机封的使用寿命,降低检修频率,从而提高生产稳定性和操作人员的安全性。
