Development of Sulfur Hexafluoride Gas Standard Substance in Nitrogen

开展了氮中六氟化硫气体标准物质的制备技术研究。系统地介绍了标准物质原材料的选择、特性量值的测量方法、标准物质的制备方法、均匀性检验、稳定性考察以及定值测量。

In this paper, the preparation technology of sulfur hexafluoride gas standard material in nitrogen was studied.The method of selecting the raw material of the reference material, the measuring method of the characteristic quantity, the preparation method of the standard substance, the uniformity test, the stability investigation and the measurement of the value are systematically introduced.
