化工工艺因为产品原料特殊性,在生产过程中具有较大的安全风险。为将生产安全性要求落实到位,需要结合实际情况确定化工工艺特点,然后以规避各类常见风险为目的,采取措施进行优化,争取从根本上来解决风险问题,提高生产作业安全性。因此对化工工艺设计风险防范措施进行了简单分析。
