摘要 火力发电厂锅炉水冷壁管高温腐蚀和磨损的机理复杂,它与炉膛火焰温度、燃煤的含硫量、烟气与灰分颗粒的冲蚀密切相关。文章针对岱海电厂一、二期锅炉水冷壁采用超音速电弧喷涂,积极采用电喷涂技术是火电厂锅炉水冷壁高温防腐耐磨涂层最可靠的解决方法。 The mechanism of high temperature corrosion and wear of boiler wall water wall in thermal power plant is complicated, which is closely related to furnace flame temperature, sulfur content of coal combustion, flue gas and erosion of ash particles.This paper is based on the supersonic arc spraying of the first and second boiler water wall of Daihai Power Plant.The active use of electrospraying technology is the most reliable solution for high temperature corrosion and wear coating of boiler water wall in thermal power plant.
