废水的排放与处理是长期以来各类企业与工厂的重大难题。如何在国家工业废水排放相关规定的基础上协调好生产与生态保护的关系,应引起各领域专家、学者的广泛关注。
Wastewater discharge and treatment is a long time since all kinds of enterprises and factories of major problems.How to coordinate the relationship between production and ecological protection on the basis of the relevant provisions of national industrial wastewater discharge should attract the attention of experts and scholars in various fields.
