摘要
选用16~20mm、20~25mm、25~30mm三种粗骨料级配,分别以普通硅酸盐水泥、低碱硫铝酸盐水泥、普通硅酸盐水泥-秸秆粉三种胶凝材料制备了生态混凝土。对其力学、物理性能及内部孔隙碱环境进行研究,并探究了不同种植模式下,各胶凝体系生态混凝土的可植性。结果表明,生态混凝土的抗压强度随粗骨料粒径的增大而降低;粗骨料粒径为16~20mm时,生态混凝土28d抗压强度可达5.39MPa,孔隙率大于30%;低碱硫铝酸盐水泥制备的生态混凝土内部孔隙环境呈中性,可植生性表现优异;将秸秆粉作为掺合料加入硅酸盐水泥中,制备的生态混凝土有一定吸附中和碱物质的作用,使混凝土孔隙环境能基本满足植株的生长。
Using 16-20mm, 20-25mm, 25-30mm three kinds of coarse aggregate gradation, with ordinary Portland cement, low alkali salt sulphoaluminate cement, ordinary Portland cement-straw powder three kinds of gel material, the ecological eoncrete was prepared. The meehanieal, physical properties, internal pore alkali environment and performance of its plants growth were studied. The results show that eeological concrete compressive strength reduce with the increase of coarse aggregate size. When the coarse aggregate particle size is 16-20ram, 28 days compressive strength of ecological concrete is 5.39MPa, porosity is greater than 30%. Ecological concrete internal pore environment is neutral prepared by low alkali salt sulphoaluminate cement and plant natural disposition is outstanding. Using the straw powder as admixture which could absorb some alkaline substances, and the concrete pore environment could basically meets the growth of plants.
