摘要
采用砂浆稠度仪对低水胶比(水胶比0.16)水泥净浆的屈服剪切强度和塑性黏度进行定性表征,分析了矿物掺合料对低水胶比高强混凝土在流变学方面的意义。开展了常规原材料及工艺条件下C100高强混凝土的配比研究,分析了每m^3胶凝材料用量、水胶比、砂率等因素对高强混凝土强度影响,基于浆骨比设计理论对混凝土配合比设计方法进行优化,提高混凝土的工作性能。对优选配比的C100高强混凝土综合性能测试结果表明,混凝土具有较好的工作性能、力学性能和耐久性能,具有早期抗裂性能好、干燥收缩小、徐变系数低的特点,在混凝土预制构件中具有较好的应用前景。
Yield shear strength and plastic viscosity of low water-binder cement paste was qualitatively characterized by mortar consistency tester to analyze the significance of mineral admixture on theology of high strength concrete with low water-binder ratio. The mix proportion of C100 high strength concrete under conventional taw materials and technological conditions was studied by analyzing the influence of cementitious binder content, water-binder ratio, sand ratio on high strength concrete. The proportion of CIO0 concrete was optimized based on the theory of paste-aggregate ratio design. The comprehensive performances test results of optimum proportion show that C 100 concrete has good working performance, mechanical properties and durability such as high early crack resistance, low dry shrinkage and low creep coefficient and has good application prospect in prefabricated concrete.
