重大科技项目管理模式的探索——以江苏省农业科学院为例

Exploration of the management mode for major science and technology projects:taking Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example

由多个单位共同参与的重大项目,单纯地依靠某一个科研团队是难以独立完成攻关任务的,需要管理部门的组织协调,并在资金、政策上提供必要的帮助和扶持。文章通过介绍目前江苏省农业科技自主创新资金重大项目的征集和遴选、申报、立项、年度检查、验收和绩效评估等管理机制,为今后优化项目管理探索出新的经验。

Major projects worked together by multiple units are difficult to complete the tasks independently relyed on a certain scientific research team. It needs for organization and coordination and support on the fund and policy by the management department. The article explored some new experience for the future optimization of project management by introducing the management mechanism on the collection, selection, declaration, approbation, annual inspection, inspection and performance appraisal for major projects of Jiangsu agriculture science and technology innovation fund.
