摘要
企业声誉作为企业重要的一项无形资产,正成为企业持久的竞争优势与战略资源。伴随着"国家品牌计划"项目的展开,企业声誉对企业利益相关者产生了巨大的影响。作为企业内部利益相关者之一的企业员工,最能直观感受到企业声誉带来的变化。文章以员工感知企业声誉对员工工作绩效的影响作为研究内容,以杭州高新区(滨江)上市公司员工为调查对象,通过实证分析证明员工感知企业声誉对员工工作绩效的影响,并提出对策建议。
As an important intangible asset, corporate reputation is becoming a competitive advantage and strategic resource for a corporate. With the launch of the "National Brand Program", corporate reputation has a tremendous impact on enterprise stakeholders. As one of the internal stakeholders, employees are the most intuitive perception of the changes brought about by the reputation of the enterprise. This paper takes the influence of employees perception of corporate reputation on employees job performance as the research content, the Hangzhou High-tech Zone (Binjiang) listed company employees as the object of investigation, and proves the impact of employee reputation on employee performance by empirical analysis, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
